General Community Information
Allora 168 offers a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartminiums. Floorplans vary in size and layout to accommodate different lifestyle needs
Rent includes an all-inclusive utility package covering water, sewer, trash, valet trash, high-speed internet, and garage rent. Electricity and renter’s insurance are not included in rent; however, both are mandatory and must be maintained for the duration of the lease term.
Applications are reviewed based on standard criteria including income verification, credit check, and background screening. Our leasing team will guide applicants through each step of the process.
