Rent includes an all-inclusive utility package covering water, sewer, trash, valet trash, high-speed internet, and garage rent. Electricity and renter’s insurance are not included in rent; however, both are mandatory and must be maintained for the duration of the lease term.
Tours and applications can be completed online through the Allora 168 website using the “Book a Tour” or “Apply Now” options. Assistance is also available by contacting the leasing office.
Applications are reviewed based on standard criteria including income verification, credit check, and background screening. Our leasing team will guide applicants through each step of the process.
All homes include a full-size washer and dryer for resident convenience.
